How to Make Unique Shirt Envelope

To make a shirt envelope, we do not need envelope patterns. We only need felt fabric, scissors, pin needle, and glue gun.

Step by step Creating Unique Shirt Envelope

1. Prepare felt fabric size 14 cm x 9 cm. For felt color can be adjusted as you want. In this tutorial, I use a pink and red felt fabric for the collar.

2. Next, fold the felt as shown. Use pin needle to ease the workmanship process. For the bottom fold that is as a body of the envelope size of 4.5 cm. Above the body of the envelope there is a side measuring 2 cm. To cap the envelope is 3 cm in size.

3. The next step is to make a sleeve. Cut both sides of the flannel. Cut also the top. For more details you can see as in the picture.

4. After forming the sleeve, then trim the two sleeves by cutting a little on the sleeve hole.
